My heart is full this morning with a marked sense of gratitude.
(I find it interesting that my “full” heart comes on the day of the “full” moon 😀
That fact reminds me of how connected we are and of how much we affect and are affected by Creation(nature) and each other.)
The practice of Gratitude is something that I have a desire to be more intentional about in my life. In the past, I would thank God on the fly, on the go, amidst the busyness of my day/life but at this point in my life, I feel it warrants a more dedicated time to just reflect on all of the blessings in my life and to truly be thankful for the prayers that have been answered manifested in my life.
I find fulfillment in journaling/documenting all that I am grateful for. I find this important for ME to do b/c I can get caught up in the things I desire that I do not have or that has not happened in my life yet which can give rise to worry and doubt. (Gratitude) journaling has proven to be a powerful way to shift my mindset and emotions to being able to better perceive even the most subtle blessings that manifest in my life.
I’m also learning to live more in the “NOW” (NOW Faith is…) and enjoy the blessing of the “nowness” of each moment and to be GRATEFUL for each moment…to be grateful for each moment of life that I am given. Each NOW moment is PERFECT b/c in each NOW moment, there is always a positive stream of goodness and mercy flowing into my life. Many times that positive stream can get ignored or taken for granted. I want to be more consistent in seeing, acknowledging and expressing gratitude for that flow.
As I partake in a more conscious gratitude journey I find a more profound, positive effect on my daily energetic demeanor(my outlook and my mood…lol), and it gets me through subsequent days with more ease, peace and joy. It also paves the way for seemingly quicker (miraculous) answer to my prayers. Yay!
So what are you grateful for today?

As Spirit brings it to your mind in the following days/weeks/months, grab your journal again and have another personal gratitude session with yourself and the SOURCE and GIVER of (your) Life. This is a beautiful practice that HONORS the spiritual stream in your life and will return to you greater spiritual/emotional/mental/physical benefit. Enjoy the blessings of your day today 😀 .
